This is a B2B service aimed at real estate professionals in Panama.
The service consists of the automated generation of images (virtual staging) using Artificial Intelligence. We do not guarantee that the AI will maintain all architectural details with millimeter accuracy, although it is optimized for it. The client is responsible for reviewing the results before publishing them.
The user confirms that they own the legal rights to the uploaded photographs and authorizes STAGE507 to process them. STAGE507 will not use these images for other purposes.
The user agrees to clearly identify the images as virtually staged or AI-generated/modified when publishing them, to avoid a misleading representation of the physical characteristics of the property.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. STAGE507 does not store full credit card details. An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully confirmed. Processing begins automatically after successful payment.
We aim to keep the service available and functioning reliably but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. If a technical failure prevents the ordered images from being generated, STAGE507 may retry the generation or provide a refund for the affected order in accordance with our Refund Policy.
AI-generated images are provided as visual representations for marketing and presentation purposes. They must not be relied upon as exact representations of dimensions, structural conditions, fixtures or other physical characteristics of a property. The user is responsible for reviewing generated images before publication or commercial use.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Switzerland, subject to any mandatory legal provisions that may apply.
