When you use STAGE507, we may process information necessary to provide the service, including your email address, order and transaction information, uploaded photographs, generated images and technical information such as IP address, browser information and server logs.
We do not store full credit card details on our servers. Payments are processed by Stripe.
We process this information to process orders and payments, generate and deliver virtual staging results, communicate with customers, maintain the security and reliability of the service, prevent misuse and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Uploaded photographs are processed solely for providing the requested virtual staging service.
Uploaded photographs and generated results are automatically deleted from our servers 30 days after order creation. During this period, results may be accessed through a secure, unguessable link.
Order, transaction and accounting information may be retained for longer where necessary for business, accounting, security or legal purposes.
We use selected service providers to operate STAGE507, including Stripe for payment processing, fal.ai for AI image generation and our hosting/infrastructure providers.
Information may therefore be processed outside Switzerland, including in the United States. Where required, appropriate safeguards for international data transfers are used.
Images submitted for virtual staging are transmitted to fal.ai as necessary to generate the requested results.
Depending on applicable law, you may request information about personal data we process about you and request correction or deletion of your personal data where applicable.
