STAGE507 offers a digital image generation service that begins immediately after payment. Being an instant and custom digital product, the standard right of withdrawal is not applicable once processing has started.
If a verifiable technical failure occurs (for example, if the system fails to generate the purchased images or produces technically corrupted and unusable files), we will first attempt to regenerate the affected images. If the service cannot be successfully completed, we may issue a refund for the affected order or affected portion of the order.
Given that the service is performed automatically by Artificial Intelligence, no refunds are offered based solely on personal tastes or aesthetic preferences. We provide 3 variations per photo to offer the user a choice between different generated results.
